The Annual Meeting is This Sunday
On Sunday, January 29th we will be having our annual meeting between services. We will be voting on important things such as the budget and the 2012 Vestry. Please mark you calendars and plan on joining us for this meeting at 9:00 a.m. If you are an elector and are unable to attend, please see Traci for an absentee ballot. The Roll of Electors is posted at the back of the church. With the computer problems we have experienced this year and the changes in office staff, mistakes have likely been made. Please do not be offended if your name was accidentally left of the list. If you have a question about the list, please leave Traci a note in the box on the door to her office. Her office is the door to the left of the altar. A light breakfast will be served. Please sign up at the back of the church to bring something!
Service for the Celebration of Life of Unborn Children & Infants on February 5th @ 8 AM and 10:15 AM
On Sunday, February 5th, at the 8:00AM and 10:15 AM, St. Andrew’s will celebrate a Memorial Service in celebration of the lives of children who were never born, still born, or who died shortly after birth. Fathers and Mothers and other family members should be prepared to commend their child(ren) to God by name during this service.
As part of the grieving and healing process, it is important to name your child(ren). By what name does Jesus call your child in Heaven? God tells us in the Book of Isaiah, “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine” (43:1). If God has not yet revealed to you the gender of your child, choose a gender neutral name. Your child is alive in Heaven with Jesus.
Prayer ministry will be available after Communion for those who desire. All are welcome to attend.
Generational Eucharist
The next generational Eucharist is scheduled for Thursday, February 9 at 7pm. On the evening of Sunday, February 5 from 7 until 8:30 pm Mary Shaw will be teaching on the meaning and importance of a Generational Eucharist.
Confirmation On February 19
On Sunday, February 19, Bishop Ron will be confirming new members at the 10:15 service. Please join us to welcome new members to St. Andrew’s.

Compelled by Grace Ministry is hosting the Rhythms of His Grace Women’s Conference beginning on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 6pm through Sunday, March 18, 2012 at 3pm in Lutz, FL. A number of women from St. Andrew’s are attending and we will be carpooling.
